Le Labo Gelateria

The challenge was to create a welcoming and instantly recognizable destination while respecting the constraints of a listed building, where key existing architectural elements had to be preserved.

The project is organized around a central stainless-steel counter inspired by the worlds of laboratory experimentation and artisanal craftsmanship. As the heart of the space, it structures circulation, showcases the creations, and reinforces the identity of the venue. A palette of deep reds, combined with carefully selected materials, brings warmth, character, and cohesion to the overall design.

Bespoke details enrich the experience: colorful ceramics, reflective surfaces, clean-lined furniture, and mirrors that extend perspectives and amplify light. Open to the city through its large storefront windows, the project transforms passersby into spectators of the LABO Gelataria universe, creating an immersive environment where interior architecture, craftsmanship, and brand identity come together.
